Fire alarms
Servian Fire and Security Services offer a wide range of fire detection and alarm systems, ranging from:
- Wired non-addressable systems
- Hard-wired and wireless addressable systems
- Hybrid systems with a mix of wired and wireless devices

Servian also offer aspirating systems, which are a system of pipe work continuously sampling the atmosphere to provide very early detection in a server room. It can also be used in many harsh environments, where conventional smoke detectors would not be suitable.
The technology available is forever changing, and as a company we are continuously researching the market to ensure our clients have not only the best but also the correct equipment for their application. One of the many advantages of having Servian Fire & Security Services help with your Fire Alarm needs is that we are an NSI FIRE GOLD and BAFE SP203 accredited company for the design, installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.

HARD-WIRED FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEMS
Open
- Designed to suit either large or small premises
- Non-addressable the most basic of systems; an alarm is initiated creating an evacuation
- Non-addressable systems indicate the area where the alarm has been initiated and allow a limited amount of cause and effects
- Addressable systems have unique text assigned to each device connected to the system and can pinpoint the exact location by detector of the activation
- An addressable systems control panel will carry out the cause and effects assigned to the device
- The system can have a number of panels networked together to create a larger system
WIRELESS FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEMS
Open
- Addressable systems that do not require any cables
- They have the same advantages of a wired addressable system with the benefits of minimal disruption that wiring may cause
- Ideal where the speed of installation is of the essence
- Ideal in a working office environment, listed building or temporary structures, where the equipment can be reused time and again.
DISABLED REFUGE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
Open
Disabled refuge systems of EVCS (Emergency Voice Communication Systems) are used by building managers and the emergency services to communicate with persons in the building who are unable to use normal means of exit for one reason or another.
